While I was out Yesterday, I came across a very significant point raised by my friend, who is planning a blog post to his blog. He talked about how often we preach what we ourselves don't practice. I wouldn't point out the incident he went through for the fact to hit him, since it would give away the post, but it got me thinking as to how true it is.
Preaching what we ourselves don't practice is one of the biggest lacunae that afflict the present system, and when you look at it, it starts with the self so often.
I looked within myself and realized I have always preached the young around the importance of setting a particular goal but enjoying the journey that takes you there, but so often I have myself lacked that spirit. Did it make you realize something about yourself too, put it down in the comments, accepting that there is a fault is the biggest step towards rectifying it. Lets see what all we preach but don't follow.

How often do we say what we don't mean even for ourselves?? |
